Kyoichi Sakura (Ryuji Harada), the underboss of the Ichihara-kai, is known as the brains of the organization, trusted absolutely by Chairman Ichihara. One day, the boss of the rival Sanno-kai Todo-gumi is shot by a member of the Ichihara-kai. To take responsibility, Kyoichi is expelled from the syndicate.
